This is a good news for the women of Saudi Arabia for gaining freedom to drive and going to sport arena approval in the year 2017 and start enjoying the freedom 2018. In short, I am speechless. How can this kind of practice still exist and America and other civilized countries where still conducting businesses with this medieval nation? I guess we have to tell our women in America and other civilized places to be thankful to us…….LOL!

Saudi Arabia need to wake up and limb up from their medieval pattern and pathway. It is saddening to every human heart and aching to every Homo Sapien Bipedalist ears that women in this old and renown kingdom are freed 2017 to start driving and going to stadia for sporting events in 2018. Curiously, I have carried out a total soul searching to fathom what actually went wrong. This is total man inhumanity to fellow human and the whole globe must stand up against this archaic behavior. Truly, this should not be blame on religion. Don’t these people have daughters, aunts, sisters and mothers? We all pray that the old cruel scales should fall out of their eyes completely so that they can see beyond yester-years. Your thoughts? Welcome to http://www.provocativedebate.com.

Saudi Arabia is beginning to wake up from a long slumber of archaic laws and uncivilization. All over the World it’s only in Saudi Arabia that woman are subject to curfew before 9pm, women are not allowed to speak to men in broad daylight or even work around. This archaic and obnoxious laws have subject women in that country to mandatory slavery. The news that women will be allowed to drive and visit sport stadiums in 2018 only is not enough. They should be giving total freedom of movement, expression and association as enshrined in the UN right charter.
The restriction of women on freedom of movement, expression and association is a serious breach on their fundamental human rights. It is a shame and also pathetic to see a country like Saudi Arabia and the Islamic faith still practicing this obnoxious laws. Religion should not be used to enslave individuals. Therefore, the international communities should conderm this despicable act. Saudi Arabia should reform their laws in conformity with modern laws, if they want to be recognized among the league of Nations.
Conclusively, i do not see any justification for this kind of lopsided laws that keep only women at home. Every religion welcomes change on a regular basis but it’s only the Muslim holy nation that see change as a threat to it co-existence. I think their leaders need to come out from their mental cage of monopolistic decisions and embrace democratic tenets in order to face the reality of time. The globe should accuse Saudi Arabia government and the Islamic faith for holding grip to archaic and obnoxious civilization and also for serious infraction on women’s rights.
