This occurrence is rare and complex. If it ever happens, the thought of STATUTORY RAPE against the husband should not arise simply because no physical contact existed with the baby before pregnancy. Only the thought of a pregnant “baby” is enough anguish for the husband. In terms of relationship, the husband and wife remains parent to their baby and grandparent to their baby’s baby. These babies would need some (logical or scientific) answers later in life.
