“Ignorance of the law is no excuse” – this is a common phrase used by judges and law enforcement officers when it comes to time to justify a desired punishment for the guilty. Back to the question – ignorance cannot be linked to any ethnicity; it cannot be tied to age, gender, color, size or location. Ignorance will qualify as a Global malady. When you do not understand or are unaware of something does mean you are ignorant as it relates to that particular thing. Ignorance can be good as it creates an awareness opportunity to the uninformed. Show me one person that knows it all?
