Any country in this modern era debating banning free speech in any of their democratic settings should be sanctioned immediately by United Nations(UN). If there is no such apparatus in place in the United Nations, it must be put in place at once. The United Nations response to some of these anti development issues is as slow as an over fed reptile walking to its sleeping zone. Any leader or group of leaders discussing banning of free speech has a latent agenda whether in Africa, Asia, South America, Middle East, Europe, Eastern Europe, America or any Kingdom. We must all remember that democracy is the government of the people by the people and for the people(my Elementary school teacher way back). So no one leader must obfuscate the media and therefore the free speech of the world. Enough is enough!

Majority of retired Army Officers elected into political offices in third world and developing nations come into office with their dictatorial DNA and therefore dictating to the masses or fellow citizens in their civilian clothings. Should democracy 101 classes be developed and made compulsary for these group of Homosapiens Bipedalist? Should members of advanced democratic nations be invited once or twice a year to give a general lecture on democracy and public behavior to these group of dictatorial leaders? I rest my case folks.
