In this great nation called America the rule of Law is the tap-root and foundation and it holds. Any attempt by liberals or conservatives to obfuscate it will create an everlasting dent on democracy world wide. If it states in the constitution that the president nominates a Supreme court justice to replace a retiring or anyone that passed on, it holds and no politics or personal agenda should block it. Consequently, Mr Obama should nominate the replacement for Justice Antonin Scalia and the senate or congress must follow the due process of screening and confirm or request for another candidate from the president. The whole world is watching America and our politicians must be prudent in this trying times. If the nominee is blocked and Democrat wins the presidency again, what will Republicans do?

Would blocking the nominee galvanized the voters to turn against the Republicans? Folks are we in high school? Are politicians not bunch of educated Homosapien bipedalists? What is spinning America? You are the beacon and methuselah of Democracy, please do not let the whole world down………….dictators are watching and have their ears sharply inclined. Do what is right for the present and future generations. Your brains? I rest my key-board. Welcome to http://www.provocativedebate.com.
